Refunds
Digital Downloads
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for digital downloadable products. Your files will be available for download once payment is confirmed. No physical product will be sent to you. The colours displayed on your screen may vary due to different calibrated monitors and printers.
Physical products
WordSense offers refunds in the form of a replacement, store credit or cash refund. The product must be returned with all its original packaging within 7 days of receipt in order to qualify.
Returns and exchanges
Cooling off period: In line with the ECT act, if, within 7 days of receiving your items, you change your mind about your purchase for any reason, you may return the product (at your own cost) in its original condition with all its original packaging and be eligible for a full or partial store credit or cash refund. We reserve the right to impose penalties if the goods are not returned with all original packaging or the goods have been used while in your possession.
Damaged or defective products: We will gladly replace a returned product if it is defective and we will cover the cost of return shipping and subsequent delivery. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange, store credit or cash refund.
If you believe that your product is defective, please contact us at sales@wordsense.co.za. We can then begin to initiate the return process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and you will be notified when your new item is ready for shipping.
Sale items
Items bought on sale can be returned for a store credit or cash refund for the value of the sale price.
